Learning to cook according to tradition requires time, attention and experience: our proposal takes you to the kitchens of a farmhouse and a restaurant to get to know some of the best typical Tuscan preparations.
You will visit a farmhouse to learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta and combine it with the best local and seasonal products; we will take you to a dairy to see how Pecorino di Pienza is made; you will have the opportunity to taste typical Tuscan dishes made by a professional chef.
