Cortona is located on a hill overlooking Valdichiana Aretina and Senese; it has been an ancient Etruscan city-state and a medieval and Renaissance village. This town will enchant you with its historic centre and its tasty local products: Cortona DOC wine and the traditional Tuscan antipasto with local cured meats and cheese.
You will be able to visit the Hermitage "Le Celle", the first convent built by San Francesco d'Assisi: a place full of charm and spirituality.
